Member of the Month!

We used to do this on our old website!

Not sure if this is something you guys would be interested in? But just a thought! Members of the month may get some sort of in-dream perk or "spotlight" somewhere on the website.

Am going to currently work on an advertising board so that everyone has a chance to earn "opal points" that can give them a chance to earn a prize at our next membership raffle!

We created this idea along time ago, I'm not exactly sure why we stopped doing the Member of The Month, as I recall, the person who won this, got their name printed on the main page of the website, with comments from the RaH and taneesta/s about why they have been choosen and what they have given to the guild.

And... of course, when they entered the dream, they got their own annoucement, which was pretty cool.

I think it sounds cool. A little extra recognition for those who have gone above and beyond would be of good incentive and motivation.

Agreed! I think it would encourage the member to do more for the guild, as they have been noticed for their efforts already.

This is a very interesting idea! Probably can do with some more hard-thought planning to execute, but I can see this exciting all of the members, definately! ^^
